I had the privilege of curating and creating point-of-purchase for Rubio's Coastal Grill's Celebration #1, which ran in stores January through February 2020 focusing on healthy, customizable menu items, and Celebration #2, which ran in stores March and April 2020 promoting wild-caught seafood.
